Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. As the Manager at this facility, I would like to take this opportunity to provide some information in regards to the previous post. The above customer came into our facility with two concerns. First, check a no start condition. It was a simple diagnosis, the starter had failed. We replaced the Starter, charged standard book time and the cost of a new, not rebuilt part. We even gave the customer a lifetime warranty on the part and did not charge a diagnostic fee. The second concern was to check a no heat condition. We verified there was no heat, and there was a noise coming from the dashboard area. I explained to Tony, this would require removal of the lower part of the dash board to diagnose and there would be a charge. It could be either an acuator, a blendoor, or even debris causing this condition. Tony declined. All the information was clearly marked on the receipt, in which, Tony had signed. I would be more than happy to repair the no heat condition on his old, high mileage vehicle, but he did not want it repaired due to cost. At AAMCO, we have been in business for over 50 years, and make customer satisfaction our number one goal.

I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them...
