And the Service I received was wonderful anytime I had a question they was there to answer it. they took care of my car. I will always bring my car and will tell anyone that come my way the same thing

I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. They will take care of your problems and put you at ease. Cars are expensive toys, what you hope to get is a decent repair job at a fair price. These guys provide both, you'll be in good hands. Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. The owner and staff was very helpful.. I needed my windshield replaced front passenger side fender And hood painted and replaced for my Volkswagen CC. My car seriously looked like I had just bought it. They did an amazing job.. I had 5 different quotes in the area and they were by far the best!!! I'm happy I have found a body shop if I ever need to use again!!

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.
