I have been bringing my cars to Oakwood Car Care for as long as they have been open. I have always been treated professionally and with care. Joe , the owner is always both personable and helpful. Mike, the manager is friendly, efficient, caring, knowledgeably, and ever so helpful. He oversees the work and you almost never have to come back after a repair. They always go the extra mile to help you out. I would recommend Oakwood to anyone who wants honest and quality service. -Michael Gordon

My car broke down in a parking lot about 2.5 miles from their location, called up in the morning, dropped off the keys, and that was it, about 3 hours later Dave called to let me know my starter needed to be replaced. The cost incl. having to tow the vehicle was inline with what I was anticipating. They also let me know about a couple of other issues I needed to take care of, and since they already had the vehicle and had earned my trust, I had them take care of everything. I'll definitely be going back...

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. The first review was taken off this website for an unknown reason. The owner Edgar Sanchez Jr. is untruthful about the estimates he's writes, complains about not being able to work on my car because I have wheel spacers on it which his mechanics end up damaging and could not remove and which ended with my car being driven away by a stranger and items from my glovebox being stolen. Police forced him to let me inspect the car before paying his crazy repair bill which is when I found valuables missing from my car.
