After an accident, I needed my driver’s side mirror replaced. I spoke directly to RG and he was knowledgeable about the part and estimated cost. I was contacted within hours with the exact cost and scheduled my repair. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was friendly and took great care of me. I would recommend going to Auto Collision and Glass for any car repair needed.

I have been taking all my family's vehicles to Gerry's Service for many years. Old cars, new cars, SUV's and pickup trucks - they have all been taken care of so well by Bruce and the Boys! Service is always outstanding, appointments are easy to make and the price is always very reasonable. I can't tell you the number of times I brought my old vehicles in thinking thet were ready for the junk yard - I could not have been more wrong. Time after time, they brought these vehicles back to life for me. Don't waste your time at the dealer - head to Gerry's when you want it done right for the right price!

I wanted to share one of my worst experiences for an oil change. I stopped by the Amherst location around 7:45AM thinking I can just get in without an appointment, however, I was told that they had an 8AM appointment. I asked BOB the manager (not sure if he can call himself one) a simple question, "was there only one person working"? It seemed like I ticked him off. His response to me was, "what kind of business do you think I'm running, do you think I can have my employees working 12 hour shifts"? I just asked a simple question, I told him I'll come back at 9. Unfortunately I had to call 10 minutes prior to my appointment to re-schedule for later that day, he said to come in at 1:30. I get there asking him about the $19.95 oil change and the first thing he tells me is your truck needs 7 quarts, I said I've changed my oil at other Monro's and they never mentioned that. His response, "who do you think is going to eat up the cost?!". I was like just go ahead and put 7 quarts. Ten minutes later he asked me if I wanted two new front tires because they were low, he had suggested he can put them in the back but he would rather put new ones. I said just put them in the back (he must have not liked my answer). He then tries to cash me out and asks what coupon will I be using, I said the one on your website, he says which one, I say the $19.95 oil change. Can you show me? I had to pull it up on my phone (like he never saw one of these before). I finally cash out, and he tells me you are no longer welcomed in this location! I asked him to repeat what he just said and he says you heard me, like I can fire employees, I can tell a customer to not come in my shop anymore. I asked Bob, what kind of circus are you running here?, and he just asks me to leave. I did let Bob know that I would be writing a review. So there you go, if you happen to visit a Monroe and Bob is working (Amherst on NF Blvd), I would recommend going elsewhere. BTW, thanks to Bob, I will no longer be taking my

My family and I had just left Canada when my van started to act up! My 6 month old, 3 year old and 5 year old were stranded outside of Good Guys and with temperatures high all I found myself doing is crying! Not only was it a holiday weekend and everything was closed but I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix my car to be able to drive home to PA, also I was expecting to have to find a hotel to stay for the night. I went into the garage where I saw a man who has waist deep in a different van. I asked if he could please look at my van and he immediately stopped what he was doing, opened the sitting area for me and my family, and looked at my van. He was able to find the problem, repair it and send me on my way in a matter of 10-15mins! Not only that but it also was the cheapest repair job I ever had to pay for! To me and my family he was a LIFE SAVER! I have no idea what we would have done if he wasn’t there! The place is in a small town and the outside of it doesn’t do it justice! You can tell he loved what he does and if I ever needed repair again around there, they would get my business 110%!

I bought a used vehicle and about a month after I got it, the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealer, as it was under warranty and was told to go to Lasher. I had always heard good things, so I decided to give it a try. He had my car 3 separate times, once for 10 days, once for 5 and once for 5 more days. In all of this time he managed to do exactly NOTHING to my car. He never even looked at it! When I called to complain for the third time, he turned off my light, but repaired nothing. When I went to pick up my car and take it to a GOOD, REPUTABLE shop, it was covered in insects- INSIDE AND OUT, and they had smoked it it- as evidenced by the lighter left in the passenger seat. The car was filthy and had nothing done. DO NOT go here.

I wanted to let you know that I am so happy with the amazing customer service provided by Mike Girling, your Manager. I am currently having brakes (rotors, pads, sensors) put on my SUV and am happy with the way he explained your services needed and prices. I know I was given a great fair price compared to what the dealer would offer. I am a first time customer but now will keep coming back and will be sending family and friends back as well.

I want to respond to the bad reviews listed above. First, go to Google and look up the 27 reviews which highly rate Syed, the shop owner, as the friendliest, most honest and best mechanic they have known. Second, go to Car-gurus and look at the near perfect 5 star reviews on this dealership. Ricky is close to perpetrating slander (libel) for writing a personal attack on someone by stretching the actual circumstance of his disappointment. He left a refundable $500 deposit subject to his finance approval. After securing his own financing, he told the dealer to proceed with the NYS Inspection repairs which required another $1000 investment by the dealer into the vehicle. This included fixing the check engine light which by NYS Law is required for all dealer inventory sold. After the repairs were completed, Ricky backed out of the deal because he lost his financing. The signed purchase order in NYS states the dealer is allowed to hold a deposit to recover $damages incurred by customer failure to complete purchase. Ricky agreed that it was fair for the dealer to keep his deposit until the vehicle was sold to another customer so that the invested repair $ could be recovered. Unfortunately due to the Pandemic of Covid 19 and business shutdown, it took many months to resell the vehicle. He has since received his $500 deposit back minus about $50 for paperwork and advertising cost damages which couldn't be recovered. $500 is a lot of money to both parties, especially when your dealership is closed for business during a pandemic.

Obviously we took it somewhere else where we are getting the same work for literally HALF the price!! While this is an expensive job, no one should be allowed to financially rape you. I have written complaints about this to BBB and even state legislatures to think about putting restriction laws on garages and what they charge. This is often a huge scam and even worse for women!!!!!

Look elsewhere, this place has a lack of respect for your auto. They did paint repair to my car and it was nothing but a headache. OVERSPRAY!!! everywhere, interior carpet, door panel and exterior panels not being repaired!!! Didn't plug my headlight back in, door panel installed improper, missing body push pins, and worse of all BAD BLENDING OF PAINT!!. They offered to repair any issues but I told them first impression are everything and you failed miserably.. I took car to another shop to get thing fixed right. Oh yeah forgot to mention the paint started peeling on the edges after 2months, had a another guy look at it, they said no one sanded the surface down and that's why the paint is coming off. If you like your car or truck avoid this place at all costs!!

I took My 2005 vehicle which only has 30,000 miles on it for inspection and they would not pass it. I work on my own vehicles as i did for most of my life. They tried to tell me i needed $800 for tire rods and rack & Pinion which i knew does not need to be worked on. I recently had to use lube to replace sweey bar links and they thought it was from the rack & pinion which is totally different kinds of fluids. My trucks tire rods do not budge move or give me my problems let alone the truck drives straight enough where i can go for a mile with out touching the steering wheel. So my advice to you today is to take you care to a trusted well known mechanic so you don't get ripped off.

I took my car in for NYS inspection because they advertised at $15. They disassembled my vehicle and told me I needed new brakes (rotors, drums, pads) and a new right front tie rod. Then they had the gall to quote it at over $700! I happen to know that these items cost around $100 in total. So they were charging $600 for about 2 hours of labor! This is not a classic/antique car, it's a little Hyundai. They just thought they could get one over on me, likely because I'm a female that they assumed knew nothing about cars. When I asked him to show me what was wrong, he acted exasperated and "showed me" some very questionable items in disrepair. Shame on this business. Buyers Beware! I told him to put my car back together so I could take it to an honest repair shop. All he got out of me was the $15!
