When he got home his Dad checked and found the boot was missing along with the cotter pin that held the castlelated nut in place. Further, he also found the nut had been loosened. He had been told 4 years earlier that he needed upper and lower ball joints which he replaced himself some 4 months earlier. Guess they didnt like the idea of him doing his own work which with over 50 years experience as a mechanic, shop foreman, service manager, and design engineer along with having taught automotive and heavy truck programs makes him extremely well qualified to make his own repairs. What is truly disappointing is that he has sent many people and brought a great deal of business to this shop. but they seem to be more interested in making a buck on unsuspecting people than being honest. And he also has photos showing what was found!

Tony and Scott are probably the best mechanics I know. There is virtually nothing they can not do. They are the real thing. If I were to buy a car I would bring it to them to inspect because they can tell many things about a car that the average individual would miss. If you really have a problem with your car they will figure it and know how to fix without all of the fuss that many mechanics can create. It's this no nonsense approach that I really like. The best part about bringing my car to T and K Auto is that I know it is going to be in good hands.
