I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. Recently had my minivan detailed after a gallon of milk leaked in my trunk. The smell was so bad that after i attempted to clean it up it still smelled awful. I then went to a different car wash and spent 65 dollars and all it did was look better, but still stunk. So i finally gave in and took it to get a complete interior detail. I was hesitant because it seemed pricey but they guaranteed the work and I even found a coupon online to save me $25. When I picked up my car I was surprised that they got the smell out completely.....not a trace of it. And better yet... they guaranteed me that the smell wont come back...and if it does within a year they will retreat it for free. I must say I was extremely satisfied with both the job and that they stand behind their work.

I usually go here for the basic $24 car wash and they always do a solid job. I came in today to “splurge” and do the deep clean. The guy convinced me into the $65 insisting I’ll love it. I’m still seeing crumbs, whatever solution they were spraying wasn’t fully wiped down - there are visible residue spots EVERYWHERE that I’m going to have to wipe down with a damp cloth when I’m home. I called back since I only noticed when I took a better look while driving. The receptionist was RUDE and I just don’t understand how I was just conned out of $70. *I had a gift card that I forgot had fell under my driver seat earlier today and it’s gone. Dishonest and rude all around.
