I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... Are used to work at this place and the owner is not a nice person I tried to put my car in the Lyft to get an estimate and he would not allow that telling me to leave that you’re not spending money meanwhile it’s free estimates then he tried to charge my girlfriend $800 to change an O2 sensor in the back of the motor and I looked it up and it wasn’t even that O2 sensor it was the one in the front this guy is a complete rip off and not Nice person I advise everybody to avoid this place 100%
