Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. I took my 2000 Xterra to Gary's for a manifold back custom exhaust. Gary is knowledgeable and professional quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested. When the ordered parts came in I scheduled the vehicle for the work and it was performed with no problems. I requested to see the work on the lift after it was completed and the work was done neatly and professionally. I would not hesitate to have Bradley's Auto Service perform work on my vehicle in the future. I am a former mechanic, ASE certified blah blah blah and have worked in several local dealerships as a class A technician on imported vehicles. I am very picky about the work that is done on my vehicle if I don't do it myself and I have nothing but compliments on the quality of Gary's work. Thanks Gary!
