The service was great, Jimmy was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and even nicer in person. He fully explained what was going on with my car and exactly what they did. The price for all the work that was done on our car was very reasonable. I didn’t feel ripped off like I have in the past at other mechanics. Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

Stay away. Horrible service. Tried to charge me $90.00 for an oil change using my oil and filter that I already purchased, while every other STS in the area only charged me $20.00. Also tried to overcharge me for labor on a previous occasion. A few months ago I had gotten a flat tire and I drove into this shop at about 5 minutes before they were closing, and they refused to help me just said I was out of luck because they were about to close. Worst STS I have ever been to and will never go back.
