My experience was AMAZING with Evan's. They are professional and so prompt. They got me right in and gave me continuous updates. Also, they seem very affordable, I have been ripped off by my dealership before and I trust these guys. Evan himself even shuttled me back to work, which was so nice not having to ask someone or worry. I am from out of town and now have a go-to car shop! I would highly recommend them :)

I feel the repair work done on this return visit should have been addressed when I first brought the vehicle in for an oil change. Fortunately, I caught the repair issue when I read the inspection report.

I’ve gone to Auto4n many times, for oil changes, repairs, brakes, and other services. There’s no one else in Cincinnati that I would trust with my Mini. They are honest, transparent, and friendly. Plus they give out great freebies to their customers! Shirts, beer glasses, even sunflower seeds!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.

Was quoted over $1,100 to replace an alternator on my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. Was told the price for the alternator was $600+. When I questioned John the mechanic about the price and told him a new one on Atlantic British was $290, he told me their shop won't compete with on-line discount part supplier. On top of that, 5 hours for labor at $500. If anyone knows Disco's, replacing the alternator is the most accessible part on the engine. So disappointed in the quote, I paid $125 for the diagnosis and towed my car to another mechanic. These guys are despicable. Avoid at all cost.

We have been taking our cars to Jacobs Auto for years. Tom and his crew are very reliable, honest, and helpful! Tom explains what the problem is and gives you advice and various solutions to fix the problem. He has NEVER charged more than he quoted and is usually a little bit less than the quote. This is a two-man shop with Scott mainly up front and Sandy mainly in the back. I have found the two to be very honest and straightforward. Given a small independent shop, they perform routine maintenance as well as manage to track down automotive gremlins. And if the gremlins recur, they are very fair about redoing and rectifying. Rates are more than fair. And NO gouging. No free loaners, but will work with Enterprise rental for reasonable price, if necessary. I have been using this shop for several years for cars including: 1995 Saab, 2005 VW Passat GLX, 2012 Volvo XC70 (still under warranty, but little things), 2015 Volvo V60 T6 (also still under warranty, but little things also including intermediate oil change between recommended 10K gratis change at dealer). Though reluctantly, they will work on USA domestic marques with a bit of pleading or coercion. Recommended......Velocitoro

All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be engineer named Pat Smith. Pat uses customer cars as his personal cars while in for service. They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.

It is a shame to say things about a person or place you know nothing of or nothing about because you did,t go by the warranty or didn't give him a call. first of all Allan has built engines over 40 years and i have never known he to be dishonest nor not willing to make things right if something was wrong.people like Kevin combs from Texas never sent warranty papers back nor told Allan what the problem was just asked for money for repair with out estimate i know cause i was there when Kevin called him. I bought the 496 stroked anyway and I'm very happy. the way i see it is Allan is honest and fair. when something goes wrong it is always the builder not the person that waits 2 to 4 yrs later to complain after he messes something up i got 1 yr warranty ,warranty papers that tells you what you have to do just follow the directions that you did NOT read then you would not have these problems.by the way Allan builds over 100 engines a year every one knows he backs up his work so please before you tare some one down know who he is remember he builds engines you don't that's why you bought engine from him .by the way Allan does not work on cars as work advisor says he just build engines /get the facts right
