There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

The business owners are the absolute most generous people. I would recommend them for any issue you have for body work. They pulled my bumper away from my wheel well so we could drive our car home after being in an accident on the interstate. To top it off, the wouldn't take payment for the labor. Wonderful business. I was told I needed brakes at Tuffy and was given a quote for a little over $300 I came to The Right Place Automotive because a friend told me they did good work. When I got there they told me I didn't need brakes and they didn't want to do unnecessary work. They said I had a few months before I would need them. Well that was 10 weeks ago and now...I need brakes and I came back and they fixed them for me and it was only $230. I am glad I found this place and will do business again with them in the future

We were referred to Goodale by another shop that does not do transmission work. We brought in our car and John was incredibly patient and thorough in diagnosing the problems with it. He was more than fair with pricing, and made an honest recommendation on how we should proceed, even though it didn't mean going forward with more work on the car. It was a fantastic experience, and I will absolutely be back with any work. I will also recommend Goodale to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being so honest and thorough.

Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE
