It should be ZERO but one star for the poor worker who deals with this. In all my years in the service industry I always keep a keen eye out on how other companies operate when I visit their establishment. To say I was appalled at the behavior that was shown while me being "a potential" customer at Wilkersons last month would be an understatement. I was greeted by a nice lady who was assisting someone on the phone at the same time and was quite busy. I gladly waited as she wrapped up with the customer on the phone all the while still advising me, she would help me asap. All the sudden what I assume is the manager or owner stormed in and gave the lady the evilest look and as he went by started to berate her about me waiting. I was speechless and as I was getting ready to say something he stormed out to the shop area just as fast with lewd profanities for all to hear.
