I just want to say my family and I use Rainbow Muffler on Northfield Road in Maple Hts. all the time because of the great customer service and good work Mark and his staff provide us. Not one time did we have to go back to take our cars for work undone, whatever the problem was Mark made sure it was taken of as well as his workers. I always recommend people to go see him. Mark takes his time to explain things to you without rushing to get you out the door. Me, my wife and my son have used Rainbow muffler for years and have known Mark for several years. Left vehicle there to perform simple repairs to do and written down too. 5-working days later after calling, and them saying they are getting right on it. I finally had wife call 5 days later to pick up done or just pick up undone. It was picked up undone. Seemed like OK people but what a way to waste my time. The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.

Powertrain Automotive was established June 11, 2007. This family owned and operated repair facility is located at 28910 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio. After twenty three years in the same location, retiring owner Steve Combaj sold his repair facility known as Universal Mechanic to lead technician David Kozlowski. It was then that the name was changed and Powertrain Automotive was born. David is an ASE Certified Technician with over twenty years experience in the mechanical repair field. It took years of planning and a lot of hard work to make this automotive repair facility a reality. Better yet there is a lot more to come! Our biggest goals are turning out a quality repair job as well as customer satisfaction.
