Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.

My 2010 VW with over 100K drives like it was brand new. They analyzed the problem and fixed it with VW parts. Makes a big difference. If you have a German vehicle and don't want to take it to the dealer. This is a great full service option.

My experience was AMAZING with Evan's. They are professional and so prompt. They got me right in and gave me continuous updates. Also, they seem very affordable, I have been ripped off by my dealership before and I trust these guys. Evan himself even shuttled me back to work, which was so nice not having to ask someone or worry. I am from out of town and now have a go-to car shop! I would highly recommend them :)

I’ve gone to Auto4n many times, for oil changes, repairs, brakes, and other services. There’s no one else in Cincinnati that I would trust with my Mini. They are honest, transparent, and friendly. Plus they give out great freebies to their customers! Shirts, beer glasses, even sunflower seeds!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.

Was quoted over $1,100 to replace an alternator on my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. Was told the price for the alternator was $600+. When I questioned John the mechanic about the price and told him a new one on Atlantic British was $290, he told me their shop won't compete with on-line discount part supplier. On top of that, 5 hours for labor at $500. If anyone knows Disco's, replacing the alternator is the most accessible part on the engine. So disappointed in the quote, I paid $125 for the diagnosis and towed my car to another mechanic. These guys are despicable. Avoid at all cost.

Big Papas Car Audio

Regarding the installation of the remote start for my 2012 Ford Fusion 1-24-2015 It is hard to express the absolute disappointment and anger I felt regarding my experience at Big Papas this past weekend. From the initial drop off, through the pick up of my car 11 hours later, the manager was arrogant and disrespectful. I did get lost trying to find the location, and dropped my car off 20 minutes late, but then was told it would be done at 2 or 3 PM. At 1:30, I called and was told that the car was just being taken in and that it would be done at 4 or 5 PM. Upon arriving at 5, I was told that the car had just been started. At 9:00 PM that night, I was leaving the lot. At no time during that day, did I receive a call from Big Papas saying that the installation had been delayed, no apology was ever offered (other than by the poor installation guy who had to face me and my angry boyfriend after a long wasted day). Absolutely no regard was given to the fact that I had to miss a medical treatment scheduled at 3, that had been mentioned at the time of my initial drop off. What I did receive was a lack of the basic common courtesy that any consumer should receive after making a purchase of services and equipment. The manager / owner was present at the shop until closing at 5 when we did arrive expecting the work to be done, but did not offer any explanation or justification for the repeated lies that I was told regarding the time my car was actually started. He stood outside and allowed another young employee to take the heat for our disappointment without presenting himself. Upon completion, 4 hours later, only the installer and another employee were present. They were apologetic and could only offer the explanation that the work had been “overbooked”. I would never recommend Big Papas.
