Car detailing service near Hamilton, OH

I brought my high mileage Mercedes here after it decided to not want to start. What is great about C's Autohaus is what they didn't do; they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a Mercedes owner, which up until now, I thought was some kind of code for moron to repair shops. I'm used to taking my car in to a shop and having them try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of useless repairs with highly inflated part costs. C's Autohaus was able to diagnose that it was just the starter motor, and replaced it at a responable price. They were also able to find and fix an oil leak the same day at, again, a reasonable price, and they fixed some minor performance issues while they were in there gratis. After those repairs my fuel economy went from about 10 l/100km to around 7 l/100km (smaller number is better). The shop itself is pretty cool too. They have a lot of old VWs from the 60s and 70s on their lot which I'm guessing are project cars.

This place will wash the dirt off your car but does not do a very good job on windows.Also does not dry the car all the way with the dryer.I have been here several times where the money machine repeats itself and will keep on starting over again so I have been charged double or triple.on my credit card or debit card.I have had to call the company in order to be reimbursed.I should have learned the first time.I thought that they would repair it by now if they want a steady business.I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you know how to wash your car very well in the self service.I tried that a few years ago and I was able to do a good job.However the drive through is getting old as well as the self serve car wash.I would recommend going to a newer one in Mainville or Mason.

Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.

I must say that I've never dealt with a repair shop that has been totally helpful and honest, until now. Jeff is a real stand up guy. If you need great car service this is the place.

took a black tahoe in for detail charged 153.00 to make that vehicle look like a 12 year old waxed it with his dirty socks. went to discuss this with the owner when he started attacking me accusing me of doing the damage myself, then went on to say that some people dont need to own a black car cause they are too stupid to take care of them. Started cursing at me and approaching me getting in my face I left now extremely frustrated with hi saying go ahead take me to court I got a lawyer I,ll make you look like a fool..........STAY AWAY !!!!!!!

Tried to get a re-applied vinyl protection piece on my conversion van! Went in to see Doug to see the van and give an estimate. He stated that it would be $91. Dropped off the van to have them apply the one small vinyl protection piece approx. 48"x24" and then Doug stated that he wanted $400 NOW! I told him that he should honor the quote. He said, just come back and pick it up - we aren't doing anything! Very Unprofessional Ziebart location - won't honor their own quote and once they start - everything changes x 4! Run from this Ziebart!!
