I'm very satisfied and impressed with Mark's Mobile Mechanic Service. I especially like the fact that they came to my house to fix my car. That prevented me from having to waste time sitting in a waiting room of a traditional auto repair facility, or to have to ask a friend or family member to follow me to drop off my car and pick it up again later. i was especially happy with the prices that this company charges for labor. Their rates are lower than I've found at popular auto repair shops. The technician that fixed my car was on time, friendly and professional. When he was finished, he explained all the repairs he had completed, and told me about a problem he had identified with one of my tires (which I was unaware of). He cleaned up after himself and asked me to call if I had any other issues with the repairs he had done, or with anything else. I would definitely recommend Mark's Mobile Mechanics to anyone in the Greater Cincinnati area who needs their car repaired and wants to save some money and time in the process.

I feel the repair work done on this return visit should have been addressed when I first brought the vehicle in for an oil change. Fortunately, I caught the repair issue when I read the inspection report.

I’ve gone to Auto4n many times, for oil changes, repairs, brakes, and other services. There’s no one else in Cincinnati that I would trust with my Mini. They are honest, transparent, and friendly. Plus they give out great freebies to their customers! Shirts, beer glasses, even sunflower seeds!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.
