I recently took my car to Deke's for two different service maintenance items and my experiences with both items were fantastic. The mechanics were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. They spent a significant amount of time with my vehicle to determine the issue, and completed all repairs in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! If you could rate them more than five stars i would rate them TEN STARS!!!If you are looking for custom work ,my advice is DO NOT take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! 2 years of a belt issue with power steering going out from first visit, replaced everything under hood associated with belts, thousands of dollars on daughter's car, 7 invoices with power steering being primary problem, new belts, water pump, alternator, battery, all power steering hoses, with the last thing replaced being the power steering pump! I guess after replacing everything else there wasn't much of a choice but the pump, that was the issue from first visit, through the remaining visits! Mangers refusing to accept any responsibility of making a bad decision.. I could go into much detail but given the forum I'm on I won't.. beware! Will try to pull every dollar possible from your wallet, they did cut one bill in half where the power steering HOSES were replaced. 20 year old daughter picked her car up, I was always the one interacting with manager, she was brought into the problem in front of customers with the manger attacking me and the amount of time he had to spend on the phone.. just a horrible experience from beginning to end, from water pump to power steering pump, btw they replaced the steering pump with a rebuilt one without my knowledge? Opened hood and bright orange sticker! In fairness I called the national customer center and the district manager, who I'd had conversations with in past, was instructed to refund the cost of the power steering pump, nothing else, curious? If the pump had been replaced to begin with, would all the other work been needed? Thousands of my daughters money been spent? But they refunded for the steering pump that was the primary problem to begin with.. I'll never return..

There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

This is the best Service Center in Columbus Ohio area. We take all of our cars here and we have also recommended family and friends who now go nowhere but DJ's for car repairs. They are helpful, friendly and HONEST and they stand by their repairs. The prices are fair and they do good work. They also will NOT do more than you need like other shops. Give them a try!!! These guys are liars and crooks! I took my car in for a simple oil change with a tire rotation. They told me I need to have all of my brakes and rotors and calipers replaced for $800.00. By the way, they did this 2 years ago when I went in for an oil change. 2 years ago, my buddy and I reaplced the back brakes because we heard something wrong. The oil change was literally 6 months later when they told me the brakes needed to be redone. So my 6 month old brakes needed to be replaced. This time, I obviously knew better so told them to put my car back together and not to touch anything. Well, my buddy and I got the brakes and rotors at Advanced Auto parts who apparantly sells some parts to Midas. So I took the car there because I was within the warranty period on the back brakes. They said they looked good, but because Midas was a client of theirs and recommended replacement, they would warranty the parts out. We replaced both the front and rear brakes yesterday and I took the parts back to Advanced to get reimbursed. They said there was literally nothing wrong with them as did my friend. He also suggested that their particular store has stopped doing business with Midas because of these practices. As a kicker, I did have Midas replace the fronts about 5 years ago (which I negotiated about $100 off the price they quoted) and when I went in for that first oil change they told me I needed all new brakes. I reminded them they had just done the fronts about a year ago and they said, oh yeah just the backs need to be replaced. This time they said the calipers needed to be replaced and when I questioned them they said they just needed to be cleaned. This place will lie, cheat, and take advantage of you at any opportunity. Also, note that when they guarantee brake pads for life, brake pads are $25....they do not give free service to put them on so you will still pay another $100 for the service fee and deal with all of the above telling you all
