Transmission repair service near Lyndhurst, OH

They promised a free evaluation via a video on the Google page presented by the president of the company! They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

Inspection seemed to be thorough and included pictures and comments from the mechanic. Bill was very professional and took the time to discuss each of their findings w/ me, to answer questions, and share his professional opinion. Very satisfied.

This guy Bruce the owner is a scam artist I took my car there to be repaired because it wasn’t running right he charge me 400 Dollars to repair rebuild the carburetor apparently that wasn’t it when he told me my car was running fine I came and it wouldn’t start we went back-and-forth with this for a couple weeks the same thing he would not return my money at all and the last time I pick my car up and brought it home it will not start as of To this day He will not refund my money or anything mechanics was really nice it’s a parent he don’t care about his customers nor his staff My car is in the garage and won’t start

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

As I'm sure most people have taken their vehicles to a shop to have a repair performed only to find it wasn't fixed properly, or was charged too much etc. And then the next time you have a problem you take it to another repair shop and so on. I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes.
