January 31, 2018......I towed my car in with a transmission and starting problem. . I was told the problem was my starter and a tube had come loose in the transmission. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee $494 later I was on my way. I might mention that I am handicapped and was not offered help removing the car from the tow bar though an employee outside did help when I picked it up. Well...The problem has returned. The same issue starting as when I was told the starter needed replaced. I called today 7/23/18 I called to let them know the car won't start and was told there is a one-year warranty on parts but only 6 months on labor and that mine is past the six months. From 1/31/18 to 7/23/18 .... not quite six months, someone needs to buy a calculator. The person I spoke to is Todd. He seems to hate the world. I called back to let him know that it was not six months from January and he decided to argue about the date when I told him I brought it in. He should have pulled it up and had the records in front of him. I don't trust Kevin's now and won't be going back for this repair. I feel Kevin’s, or I should say Todd needs to work on his people skills. With so much competition out there today, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the only way to survive. Losing a future customer for me, my family and anyone else that reads this and decides to go elsewhere over a simple starter problem which in all actuality should have been covered is no way to keep and get new customers. I am very disappointed in my handling as a current customer and will never be a repeat. I hope you don't have to follow up on any work done. It seems once Kevin gets your money they don't want to stand behind their work. BEWARE!!!!

There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

I took my car in for air conditioner inspection . They quoted me a price ,also had a coupon. So I told them to do the repair. The mechanic(JAMES) Said I needed a part. I ask How Long that the part would arrive?This is where everything went down hill. He said 2 hrs So I agreed Thinking the part would fix my car. After 4 HOURS I was informed it was fixed I could drive my car .My bill was $34.99 - $30.00 COUPON. Also $ 583.20. Ipaid for the services and left on my way to Detroit to visit my family. I was on the road still in Ohio it started blowing out hot air.When arriving in Detroit I went to a Firestone there.When there the tech (Richard) said I would need to replace the AB compressor and clutchCost additional $501.06.So NOT EVEN 3 HOURS THE AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKE AFTER i JUST PAID 2 HAVE IT FIXED IN OHIO.
