I had Met Jon Ketchum though my work. I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs. IPS is a GREAT company!!!They provided great service at a GREAT PRICE!!!IPS is right down the street from me and i never even knew it! They provide EVERY service for cars and trucks,probably any type of vehicle and the showroom is very nice and clean!They even have a keurig coffee maker with different flavors or you can make tea too..Their service shop area is the nicest i have ever seen in Columbus,Oh by far!!!! They have about 12-15 car and truck lifts and 2-3 alignment racks,also the shop area is HUGE!!! They took me to the shop area and i was blown away how nice and clean it is and all kinds of very nice sports cars that will blow your mind!!!!They are a very great company for custom work also which is obvious when you see the shop area with soooo many beautiful customized very expensive cars,you name it and they do it!!!! You would expect to pay a fortune when you see the whole place but i was floored when they gave me an estimate on the work i had done!!! I can tell you this,whatever i need done in the future i WILL DEFINITELY be taking my cars there!!!Especially if it is custom work i need done!The staff were excellent and very nice,also VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! I will recommend them to everyone i know and even if i don't know them!!! Like i stated it is the nicest auto shop i have EVER SEEN in Columbus,Ohio or for that matter any shop even remotely close to Columbus!!! If you could rate them more than five stars i would rate them TEN STARS!!!If you are looking for custom work ,my advice is DO NOT take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

Best / most trustworthy place to take my 2003 Mercedes. Never do more than it needs - never upcharge, always fix it right and less expensive than my dealer. Always call me with options, what is most important to fix, what an wait. They've been in business a long time and most customers are referred by other customers. Also gave me a ride to work one time.

I am always satisfied with the work. The shop is very communicative, fast and affordable.

I took my car in for air conditioner inspection . They quoted me a price ,also had a coupon. So I told them to do the repair. The mechanic(JAMES) Said I needed a part. I ask How Long that the part would arrive?This is where everything went down hill. He said 2 hrs So I agreed Thinking the part would fix my car. After 4 HOURS I was informed it was fixed I could drive my car .My bill was $34.99 - $30.00 COUPON. Also $ 583.20. Ipaid for the services and left on my way to Detroit to visit my family. I was on the road still in Ohio it started blowing out hot air.When arriving in Detroit I went to a Firestone there.When there the tech (Richard) said I would need to replace the AB compressor and clutchCost additional $501.06.So NOT EVEN 3 HOURS THE AIR CONDITIONER IS BROKE AFTER i JUST PAID 2 HAVE IT FIXED IN OHIO.
