I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Powertrain Automotive was established June 11, 2007. This family owned and operated repair facility is located at 28910 Euclid Avenue in Wickliffe, Ohio. After twenty three years in the same location, retiring owner Steve Combaj sold his repair facility known as Universal Mechanic to lead technician David Kozlowski. It was then that the name was changed and Powertrain Automotive was born. David is an ASE Certified Technician with over twenty years experience in the mechanical repair field. It took years of planning and a lot of hard work to make this automotive repair facility a reality. Better yet there is a lot more to come! Our biggest goals are turning out a quality repair job as well as customer satisfaction.

These guys are great, very pleasant and helpful, they walked me through what was going on with my car in terms I could understand.They do good work, fast and stand behind their work! Defiantly recommend them!

The trouble shooting and eventual isolation of the problem was excellent. Now I know where to go to receive resolution of a part that's still under warranty at another facility.

These guys are very good. I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. My brakes went bad quick and I did not want to risk driving far. As a broke college student at the time, I was hesitant to get my car repaired at a gas station, but.... they were wonderful! Priced very competitively and quick! I went back when my ball joints went out, again, very competitively priced! My son inherited this car I speak of in 2018 and insists on using them from oil changes to repairs. Thanks guys for not breaking my bank over the last few years! Keep up the great work!

I got a flat on a Saturday morning on my way out of Cleveland and back to Rhode Island. The folks at Terrys took care of me and had me in a new set of tires and back on the road in 90 minutes. Very professional. Didn't try to sell me anything i didn't ask for. Informed me of anything they thought I should know about and had more than reasonable pricing. Excellent marks all around. I was having a problem in front tire I took my car in to all around I used a rental for the time they fixed my car my wheel bearing was the problem they fixed that and aligned the car I then recieved my car and noticed that my car was veering to the right I called the next day(friday) and I was told that they use lasers to align and the tires needed to be switched and I needed to make an appointment mon or Tues I called back on Monday and they could not get me in then tried to schedule an appointment for sat and was told he was booked for 3 Saturdays so I asked if I drop car off on Thursday use rental till Friday so they can fix their mistake I got no we will have to charge you for rental I just want them to fix the mistake he told me it will take 15mins but I needed to make an appointment to fix their error BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Go to Rad Air to get your car work done. 8 years, 4 cars, multiple tires, emergencies and routine maintenance are why I confidently say to just go to Rad Air in Fairlawn. I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY!
