Not all automotive shops will even attempt to repair a Cadillac. Called Jeff's, was given an immediate appointment and an immediate repair. How very professional and friendly this shop is. All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be engineer named Pat Smith. Pat uses customer cars as his personal cars while in for service. They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.
