Love these guys. They always take good care of me and my VW's and the occasional Nissan, or Jeep that I bring in for regular maintenance. I appreciate the service.

Randy has worked on multiple vehicles of mine: Porsche 944 breaks and performance exhaust system, 94 Nissan Sentra SE-R breaks and performance exhaust. Cadillac breaks, and a Ford F--150 pick up breaks. Randy is an excellent mechanic, and has a wealth of information to assist you on any project you may have. His labor rates, and cost of parts are kept to a minimum giving the customer a bargain compared to any other shop that I have priced for the same work. Have a new pickup and I will be visiting the shop again for a custom exhaust system and cold air intake to improve my 2011 Chevy Colorado 4x4's gas mileage of the 327 c.i. engine, it is worth the minor changes to the engines lungs. I would like to give a review on Jeff Coral and John Patrick over at the Memorial location. These guys are the best. They were so informative towards me and all of my needs. I have no knowledge about the job that they were doing which happens to be my ball joint. I asked if they would let me go out to the garage and look under the car to see exactly what they were doing. My car was making such a squeaking sound, I asked if they could grease the ball joint for me and they were nice enough to do. Customer service exceeded my expectation. The store manager David is a loving care bear type of guy. Today is Sunday and I have to go to work tomorrow which I did not want to pull up in the parking lot with a loud squeaky, annoying sound and they were very understanding to that and that is what I appreciate the most because they wanted to go over and beyond to assist me. They understood that with the business that I work in that is not professional to pull up with a noisy car in the parking lot and expect to be taken seriously about your work. I love those people. I feel like business and credit needs to be given where it is due. These people work hard just like we do and they need to be acknowledged just as we do when good work is done. Thank you so much pep boys on Memorial. I would also like to acknowledge cody huff for the references on my window that had been shattered from the hail storm. He is aware of how much money I am going to be out of when getting that repaired and referred me someone that is really reasonable. Thank you so much too all of your help.

Don’t use these con artists. Spent thousands of dollars on work they never performed and lied about. Shut this place down!!! I can’t believe what I’m going through for a Mercedes they claimed to have in good working order, when they repaired nothing except a “con” job. No response from these pathetic losers. They don’t care about safety for individuals. Just out to make money and lie about their lack of skills.
