Annual service
Nader said that he could do the annual service for my 2010 Ferrari California. After the service it turned out that he had put the wrong oil in the transmission causing it to be totally ruined. I had to ship my car to Boardwalk Ferrari in Plano to be repaired. They determined that Autohaus put the wrong oil in the transmission & also that they did not even have the proper equipment to perform this service. The result of this screw up was that I had to get a new transmission. The whole repair cost me $32000.00. Nader has refused to make good for his screw up & also has refused to turn it over to his insurance company. My experience with Nader is that his business practices are far from honest & ethical. I understand that mistakes can happen. It is how one rectifies the problem that defines one character which Nader does not have. I am warning anybody who reads this that they take their vehicle to Autohaus at their own peril.
