I had my Ford diesel truck in this shop three times (three expensive tows) and after spending several thousand dollars and being assured that the starting problem was finally fixed, the problem persists. Very frustrating. I was treated me courteously by this shop but I cannot recommend it for diesel repairs. They just didn't seem to have the skill to get the job done. When you pay to have something fixed, it should be fixed.

Our 16 year old daughter brought her Ford Escape in because the power steering went out. They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. About a week later it started doing it again, they found the problem and fixed it right away for her at no additional charge. Eli is a joy to work with. 12_12_2011: NO STARS!!!!!! Worst place ever, do not take your vehicle there. Charged me 91 dollars to tell me my Transmission was whining (really I can hear that already) and that my oil needs to be changed (isn't that what my sticker from Jiffy lube says in my window) Then when I try reason with them they tell me there going to keep my vehicle until I pay and as soon as I pay the 91 bucks they told me to go F myself. Never will deal with this place ever ever again. Please for the love of God do not take your car there, its a freaking SCAM!!!!! the 10% discount doesn't even work they factor that into the cost already and just charge more. 91 bucks to tell me what I told them I needed fixed. Worst service ever...... NO STARS (I had to put at least a 1 star just to submit this but I wouldn't have even put that down if this would let me)

I bring my vehicle to Lakeside Motors for repairs quite often and they are always happy to jump under my hood to see what the problem is. They are experts at getting problems solved and getting you back on the road. They are always very helpful and friendly . And it’s very nice to get your car back with the interior cleaner than it was when you brought it in! I recommend Lakesade Motors to everyone I know who owns a Mercedes for anything that goes wrong with their car.
