My BMW has issues from time to time, and I highly recommend these guys. Jason is very good at diagnosing problems with my car, and the estimates for repairs are always far lower than what I would expect to pay at the dealership.

I have 3 vehicles and Mel has serviced all 3. He has done brakes on my BMW Z-4, and my Corvette. He just did a tune up and transmission service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything he has done for me has been professional and the price, in most cases, is less than other garages. I am very impressed with Wade Yashimura, his new mechanic. Very intelligent young man and very thorough. He found things on my BMW that other mechanics had missed. My Jeep has 140K miles and it purrs like a kitten since he worked on it. I won't be using anyone but Mel's to do my auto repairs.

I had my Ford diesel truck in this shop three times (three expensive tows) and after spending several thousand dollars and being assured that the starting problem was finally fixed, the problem persists. Very frustrating. I was treated me courteously by this shop but I cannot recommend it for diesel repairs. They just didn't seem to have the skill to get the job done. When you pay to have something fixed, it should be fixed.

Our 16 year old daughter brought her Ford Escape in because the power steering went out. They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child. She left feeling safe and secure. About a week later it started doing it again, they found the problem and fixed it right away for her at no additional charge. Eli is a joy to work with. Vic is awesome! Today he put new brakes on my car and some additional maintenance. He knew my budget was tight and did his best to keep my costs low. He also had my car back to me quickly. I would highly recommend his company.

The best experience I've ever had with a shop, hands down. I was about to cut bait on this car, after so many unresolved issues kept stacking up, but figured I'd give it one more chance with a new shop. So glad I did, because the car now runs and drives better than ever.. by a lot. Everything they did was clearly explained, plus they prioritized what needed to be done now, and what could wait. They obviously know everything about these cars, inside and out.. "Enthusiast Driven" is for real! I trust this crew 100%, which is something I never thought I'd say about a shop. Got my 2008 Audi A-4 s-line fixed. After I bought it from coparts, had all the body work and repair done at Alpina auto, since I'm friends with the owner. Great job, only the check engine light kept coming on, and every time they scanned it, it came back with an EVAP code. Called Nazier, who was kind and patient, and I dropped off my car to see if they could figure it out. I had read so many amazing reviews online that claimed he had the best prices, and does the best work. 2 days later, got a call from Jared, who said they found the problem and ordered a part to replace the Evap hose, which was cracked. Price was $383 for part+installation. Seemed a bit pricey, and I had originally done a 3 star review, but Nazier called me and explained why it cost me that much and he really gave me the best deal he could find. Offered to give me a free oil change anytime. Nobody cares more about preserving business, keeping a sterling reputation, and maintaining customer satisfaction more than these guys do. I recommend them to anyone.

Great service on everything that I have ever used them for. They balance tires free which very cool because most places charged $50-$80. The Manager is very helpful and makes sure I'm happy with all aspects of the service they have done even if they didn't charge me. I recently contacted Brandon about getting my AC recharged on my 2003 Mini Cooper, Brandon was extremely efficient in getting me into his shop and taking care of business. He is professional, kind, efficient and honest, not over charging like other shops. He got my AC recharged in about 20 minutes and charged me less than half of what other shops were quoting me. I would 110% recommend Brandon! I could tell right off the bat that he was honest and did his job well, and wasn't trying to rip me off by any means. I think we can all appreciate an honest mechanic, they're far and few between and we need more like him! When I brought my car in I had mentioned to him that I also recently had gotten some work done at another shop the week prior spending over $1800.00, Brandon took a look at the work that they had done (investing quite a bit of time for no charge to make sure I didn't get ripped off by the other shop) low and behold, Brandon was quick to inform me that in fact, some of the work that I had paid a tremendous amount of money for never actually got done at all. I quickly contacted the shop and they had informed me that they indeed had not done the work that they had charged me for, and reimbursed me. Brandon set up the quickest time he could get my Mini Cooper back into his shop to look over everything to make sure that it indeed was running well for my long drive to Los Angeles the week following. I am so thankful for his generous time and energy! Put your money where you know work is actually getting done, Brandon is the guy you want for all your mechanic work! Jeanie
