After seeing all the excellent reviews of this place I thought I’d give them a try when I needed my rear drivers side window regulator replaced in June 2022. I am very sorry I did. The service I received definitely didn’t live up to the reviews. The first thing that happened was when they called to tell me the window was done they told me my front drivers side window regulator was broke now. I told them to just leave that one go and I would fix that one myself because I couldn’t afford to have them fix both at the moment. For the drivers side rear one they charged $165 for the part (which only cost about $100 in the store) and $135 for labor for a total of $318 just to fix the one window. I don’t consider that reasonable like all the reviews say. The shop I normally go to told me they would do it for about $100 less when I called to get a quote to get the newly broken front drivers side window regulator. I told Lauger’s I wanted my old broken window regulator back because it had a lifetime warranty and I wanted to exchange it at the store where I bought it to have a spare. Lauger’s LIED and told me they put the old part in my car. They kept it and I’m sure they returned it to NAPA and got more money back from it since it was a NAPA part! 16 Months after Lauger’s replaced the rear window regulator it broke and the window was stuck down. Since Lauger’s is a NAPA Auto Care Center I called them to have them replace it under the NAPA 24 Month/ 24,000 Mile Parts and Labor Guarantee. Lauger’s LIED again and told me the part is covered 2 years but labor is only 1 year. I called NAPA Corporate and confirmed that the part and the labor should both be covered for 2 years at Lauger’s and they didn’t understand why they would tell me only 1 year labor. I honestly don’t want Lauger’s anywhere near my vehicles after this because I don’t trust what they might do so I accepted their offer and picked up the new window regulator from them and installed it myself. When I took the broken window regulator out I noticed that it didn’t even match the part # that Lauger’s said they installed on my bill! This is outright fraud! I think they must have installed a cheaper part than the part # they charged me for on the bill which is why they refuse to honor the warranty. Don’t make the same mistake I did by believing the glowing reviews this place gets because it’s definitely not true. I learned an expensive lesson by putting my trust in them and will definitely not be going back and will also be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

Terrible service. They promised to do a simple check before 10am. We had to call twice after 10am before they finally did the work. They charged us $64 for checking two tires and doing absolutely no work. This is highway robbery.

It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! It could be you some day, needing some air in your tire.

I've been looking for a fair and reasonable garage since moving into the area. I believe I have found it in Test N Tune. I took my 2015 jeep in to have tires put on and an inspection performed. A dealer told me I needed a ton of repairs to a jeep with less than 24,000 miles on it. The guys at Test N Tune set everything right and for a reasonable price. -Cody Fulton

We received an estimate from another garage. THe other garage indicated we needed well over a thousand dollars of repairs and new parts. We took it to Don's Performance Corner. $83.41 to be looked at and told the other garage was way out of line. Nearly everything the other garage said was false. I stopped by with slow leak nail in tire. They were extremely busy near end of day and they still found time to fix tire and send me on my way. This has been our and our daughters go to garage for years. They are always so friendly and their prices are very hard to match anywhere I have been in my many years of car repair bills. I trust their honesty in what needs done and what can wait and that is a big relief because too many garages try to fix things that do not really need to be done just to make a buck. I will be dropping off our van for inspection very soon.
