Over priced, unorganized. They rip people off and your car breaks down shortly after.

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!

It was great having my car picked up by one of your trusted employees. The service was prompt, and the price right. The mechanic even reset my check engine light for the next time. Thanks for a job well done.

very helpful and accommodating

I came in to get my E-brakes fixed on my Hyundai Santa Fe thinking they needed to be replaced and cost a bunch of money. They called me back letting me know that my E-break had plenty of life left and that they just needed an adjustment. Talk about integrity! I got my car back and the e-break is just like new! I will continue to bring my car into Schimpf’s garage knowing that I will have honest people providing me with quality work.
