This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.

They do excellent work with reasonable prices.

These guys were great! They fixed several problems on my 99 VW Beetle that the dealer had ignored even after I asked them to check them. They fixed problems that had been going on for years and got the check engine light off. They were also very reasonable and right down the road. Thanks Eurotek! I will be back with my other cars. Owner is a terrible businessman! Held my car for a week and did nothing to it and dodged my calls. Actually had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I came to get it back. Stay very far away from this liar you’ll thank me.

Been taking my imported car problems to Fred Sonsini off and on since the 1990s. Terrific service, high integrity, fair prices, extensive knowledge and experience. "Old school" in the best sense of the term. Highly recommend.
