As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.

Service was prompt and great price. What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.
