Went to have my breaks checked. A & A Auto Service was totally fill with honest and awesome mechanic. Told me I could go a couple of months before having them changed!

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This place has terrible service. My in-laws have been coming here for years with their cars and are great customers. My husband and I took his car here to get checked out because it was not starting. We thought we were in good hands since the family has been here so many times and they've dealt with this particular car. They replaced a part and in the process shorted the entire computer system, yet they are denying it. We know they did it because when we brought the car in there was electric flowing (sound when we tried to start the car) and after they replaced the fuel pump, nothing. The autoshop that is now taking care of it even says the previous work almost definitely shorted it. They have only done a diagnosis so far. Now we need a new computer system PLUS the original fuel pump. Spending an extra $1600 for something JONES' broke. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. And neither will my in-laws. Don't go here, clearly they won't make good what THEY broke even when your family has given them years of business.
