Terrible customer service. Sat in waiting room while old guy treated a customer incredibly rudely. Was waiting while they were installing my tires. Felt really bad for the customer. Tire guy behind desk refused to acknowledge appointment customer had. Think the old guy should retire. Appears to be overwhelmed by the phone ringing and customers standing in line waiting to be acknowledged. I was disgusted by his behavior!

I came in to get my E-brakes fixed on my Hyundai Santa Fe thinking they needed to be replaced and cost a bunch of money. They called me back letting me know that my E-break had plenty of life left and that they just needed an adjustment. Talk about integrity! I got my car back and the e-break is just like new! small home town auto repair. honest ,dependable, reasonably priced. Actually he is usually less than what the big shops charge. The yard may be a bit messy but the guy behind the wrench is honest friendly and dependable. KNow him for like 20 years. Had many of our vehicles repaired there thru the years. He also has a real love for classic cars and often can find parts that are hard to find.
