This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.

A friend of mine recommended David to me 5 years ago when I was driving my old car ( Camry 1999 with over 250K mileage). I was amazed how professional, honest, fast, and fair he was. I have recommended him to tons of people since then and nobody never complained about him or his service. This guy really knows what he is doing and doesn't overcharge you or push to get something done if it's not necessary. I love going to get take care of my car at his place. Frankly, he is the only one mechanic that I trust 100%. Every time I come he listens what I need and gives options what and how much. My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

The experiace I had at this store was very good. Lowest tire prices in the city. They carry just about any brand. Employee owned company really shoed in their service. I highly recommend.

Having bought a used 1994 Honda Accord with 89,000 miles on it in 2010, it was time to do the basic maintenance on the car which the original owner had deferred. Carlos replaced the valve cover gasket, among other things which needed to be done. One of the spark plug o-rings inside did not seat properly when the cover was put back on. I took it back to Overseas and the problem was quickly remedied, then and there, same day, within an hour. This is why I do not mind paying just a little bit more. On bigger jobs like timing belts (which on this car get done every 90,000 miles and its also recommended to change the water pump which you have to go through to get to the timing belt) the extra $40 you will pay Carlos is well worth the piece of mind that the job will be done right, and that if there are any problems, it will be taken care of. My father takes his cars there, I take my car there. Dad is super anal about his vehicles. If its exceptional for him, its more then good enough for me. I went someplace else ONCE after moving back to Philly from my trusted Florida mechanic. Never again. Carlos and his mechanics are so thorough, they know more then the folks at the Acura dealership about these cars. You can't go wrong and can trust Overseas.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! Horrible service! Took it for a diagnostic they ended up taking my whole car apart which I wasn't aware of felt like I had no choice but to fix the problem with them price was originally around $600 ended up with a bill of almost $2000 and to top it off they left grease stains all over my car in and out

It is a shame that the service through out this location is not the same. We have purchased two new cars from them and where more than happy with the service until we had to deal with the service department. One of our cars (with less than 12,000 miles one it) it had a diffected tire (Michelin) with a huge crack running for more than 3". We went to the Express Service Area so they can check the tire and only we were not serviced, but we were treated very very poorly from one of the managers (as he called himself) and accused us of trying to get a brand new tire for FREE. The whole situation was laughable because we had purchased the car cash and the cost of tire was nothing but they didn't want to bother to open a claim for us. We contacted Michelin directly where advised to go to NTB where the service was great and the tire was changed immediately because it was a manufacture diffect and at no cost to us. I hope the Sloan Honda in future has better people working for them because we will never step foot in there.

they are no good left grease print all over car and rim. put wrong millage on stickers did put arm on right. did not give back paper information (insurance and registration cards) came back and work still not right .
