This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

The folks at Extra Mile always do an excellent and thorough job of keeping my 10 year old Nissan running like new. And they always manage to perform maintenance/repairs quickly and efficiently on MY schedule.

As always, the service provided was excellent. Arty is always very helpful and tells me exactly what is needed. If I can't do everything that is needed he tells me the most important issues and suggests what I should take care of first. He is always helpful.

Great mechanics, friendly service.

My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days.
