Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now. Contrary to the negative posts, all of the work that Long Meadow Auto Repair and Fuel has performed for my family over the last decade has been exceptional. The WORST experience I have ever had the misfortune of going through while just trying to get my car "inspection ready." As the daughter of a mechanic, I am more than ashamed of not only their work, but their disgusting customer service. After an entire WEEK, I was still told "tomorrow" and then when I asked the price of what had been done I was told "I'll call you back by five." When I hadn't been called by 4:55pm (1655), I called them, was answered by an incredibly nasty voice; placed on hold until 5pm (1700), and abruptly hung up on. To anyone searching for great car repair, customer service, and a fair price.... I urge you to stay the heck away from there and try someone else! Terry's Auto in Boonsboro was wonderful, I was given a fair price, and my repairs were done in less than a day :)
