This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

I took my car to Meineke (for the first time) a few months ago for a state inspection and an oil change and left it there while I was at work. A few hours later I relieved a call from a woman saying that my car was in need of $900.00 worth of repairs on top of the cost of the inspection and oil change and how would I like to pay for it? Now three months later I took my car to the dealership for my regular routine maintenance and mentioned that a few months back I was told the tires probably needed to be replaced. They called me to tell me they had no idea what I was talking about because the tires are fine in fact they are at 50% now and would have been even better a few months back! THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T NEED TO!
