Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

Went in for a simple oil change. Waited for almost 2 hours and finally had enough and went out to see what the problem was and my truck was leaning off of the rack from being careless. Then after getting that straitened out I finally get ready to leave and realize my tires weren't even rotated. Horrible employees, sucky service, careless and unacceptable. I WONT BE BACK AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GOES.
