You may ask why go to so much trouble for an old 1996 mini van? It only had 38,000 miles on it. He was VERY fair, honest and competitively lower priced than anyone in the city of MEMPHIS. In February 2013 the owner of this business left my Jeep in an unsecured lot a few doors down from his shop where the doors and windows were stolen. He claimed not to have noticed that it had doors. He then posted a sign in his pig pen of an office saying he wasn't responsible for items lost or stolen. I had to take him to small claims court and the judge sided with him. I'm fairly sure it's because he's a former employee of the sheriff's department. Small town politics...what are we going do?
