I have know Fred for over 25 years, and from my point of view, I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicle. Prices are always disclosed upfront, and they always try to save me money on the parts costs. They have worked on my vehicles numerous times, and I have never had a bad experience. I posted the comment on Sept. 14 about putting a hole in my oil pan. they did put the tiny hole in the pan, just not the way I said. I apologize. the plate that reinforces the drain plug hole is attached by 3 spot welds. if you tighten the plug too hard, it breaks one of the welds and puts a hole in the pan. that is what happened. I have learned that happens to often with japanese cars. you have to use a new gasket EVERY time or it leaks.
I let this place change my oil for years. never a problem. never sa... read more I let this place change my oil for years. never a problem. never saw even a drop of oil under my car. last 2 oil changes, I had leaks. one fixed with new plug gasket. last leak was caused by their 3 pronged gadget they fastened to the pan. it punched a tiny hole in my oil pan so small it took 2 trips to a mechanic for them to find it. I saw it myself.
