Later, when you discover that your rear window defroster no longer works, Mike will tell you that he didn't bother to warn you of the possibility or your options because they "don't even think about it". Furthermore, Mike will explain to you (like you are an idiot) that this is perfectly normal and if it's an inconvenience, you can go buy a new window. Had I known, I'd have not replaced the rear tint. Had I known what sort of thoughtless business this is, I'd have gone elsewhere. Anyway, now you know. Perhaps they are better at washing cars.
