The employees here are professional and always happy to explain anything you need them to. They have always been upfront about cost, and they are won't try to force you into work you don't need. People who are worried that they will get up sold on something they do not need should have no fear with this place. They do their best to get the work done quickly as not to leave you without your vehicle long. Obviously this varies based on what you are having done, but like the issue with price, they will let you know ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. The longest I went was one week, but I was having a laundry list of stuff done to the F150. It is a family truck that sat for years without use. If issues arise during your cars stay they will inform you promptly. I have never left this place unsatisfied, and have made it a point to refer friends, family, and co-workers when they are having car troubles. Jordan M. Knoxville, TN

We asked Firestone for the depreciation, along with the loss of use for 98 days on the vehicle and although they accepted fault on the motor repair they have denied paying the additional costs.  I would strongly suggest reading other reviews of Firestone prior to using this, or any location for anything even as small as an oil change.  I drove 45 minutes to use this location, due to a long history of dealing with them and we were treated horribly by them, and their corporate claims office throughout this entire process.  Had I not had the knowledge to keep pushing, we would have paid the motor replacement out of pocket.

Mr Cool gave me the best price in town for a complete rebuild! It works like a charm, and they finished it on time and on budget! I am totally happy with the prices and service, and have told my friends about them. Joe
