They never try to up sell useless services or anything your vehicle does not need. The Owner is ASE Master certified Technician and was among one of the top Honda technicians when he worked at the dealership. I would trust them to work on any of my cars and I recommend them to all my friends who have a Honda, Acura , Lexus, or Toyota. They even offer a free pre purchase inspection (by appointment) which is almost unheard of these days. Save the money and the hassle of the dealership and go see Ken and Steve. you wont be disappointed.

I have been to this shop several times with two different vehicles. A 99 Nissan Pathfinder and a 92 Ford F150. The employees here are professional and always happy to explain anything you need them to. They have always been upfront about cost, and they are won't try to force you into work you don't need. People who are worried that they will get up sold on something they do not need should have no fear with this place. They do their best to get the work done quickly as not to leave you without your vehicle long. Obviously this varies based on what you are having done, but like the issue with price, they will let you know ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. The longest I went was one week, but I was having a laundry list of stuff done to the F150. It is a family truck that sat for years without use. If issues arise during your cars stay they will inform you promptly. I thought we'd try this guy after moving close to his place. we got a flier in the area. My regular mechanic quoted me 300 and Maddox was 325, but it was close and I figured it would be nice to have a mechanic nearby. I told him my son had been unemployed for several months and we needed to keep costs down in repairing his truck since he was selling it. He texted that the truck was ready the next day with a $446 bill!! I told him we did not have that and it was more than the estimate. He just kept saying its an "estimate" which means it can change and he found something else that had to be done to "get it right". In 25 years of having my cars fixed, never has a shop, individual or dealership gone ahead and repaired something else without calling for an approval of the price change over the estimate. NEVER. he would not back down. I called my church for help for the extra money,, but maddox would not take a credit card from the church and said cash only. So my church could not help without a paper trail for their records. He really put me in a bind and if that was not enough IT"S NOT EVEN FIXED right. When we drove off, we began to hear a rattle in the engine that was not there before but we do not trust the guy to take it back to him. DON"T GO here, find someone else with some good reviews.

Terrible Car wash. Guy at car wash tries to make you pay him more money than what car wash costs. You can pay for wash yourself but the "attendant" tries to extort you for more money for him to hand dry your car. The wash has a dryer. DON'T pay him s----!!!! Then watch him talk down to you and watch him get p----- off.
