They did not diagnose, they did not even tell me what they were doing to my car. When I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was informed they had flushed the cooling system, which we had already done. This fixed my car for 2 days before it started acting up again. I took it back to the garage, an all they were willing to do was replace the thermostat. When I called to speak to the owner, he cussed me out and hung up on me. I have no clue how this shop is still in business, but do not trust them with your car 6 months later and my car still isn't working properly because they took all the money I had to fix my car.
I had been given a quote to repair my rear window on my beetle convert... read more I had been given a quote to repair my rear window on my beetle convertible when the back window would not go up after raising the convertible top. The quote was over $1000 so I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to GPO for a diagnostic and was called a day later with a quote that was 1/2 of the first place. They were very professional and work was done in timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
