These individuals not only didn't fix my driver's side window after two visits and over $200 from us, they outright refused to come out a third time when the window still would not work. I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB, speaking to my insurance company about having them black listed and considering a law suit in small claims court. Their argument was because the window wouldn't roll up after their installation, it wasn't a glass problem, so it wasn't their problem. It seems to me this is a company run by criminals.
