These individuals not only didn't fix my driver's side window after two visits and over $200 from us, they outright refused to come out a third time when the window still would not work. I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB, speaking to my insurance company about having them black listed and considering a law suit in small claims court. Their argument was because the window wouldn't roll up after their installation, it wasn't a glass problem, so it wasn't their problem. It seems to me this is a company run by criminals. Very small minded criminals

onsite auto glass repair
This was a nightmare. I had 3 windows break out from a storm I called looking for quotes and this turned out to be one of the lowest. However it was still out of my budget, so I asked that only the front passenger window & rear glass be replaced and got a quote for that. They promised that technician would call me when enroute, which I know from experience rarely happens & didn't in my case. Also when the technican arrived he had glass for both side windows but NOT the back & said he would go back to shop & correct it. and be back. After 2 hours when he didn't show up I called the shop & was told he never came back and that I would have to wait untl next day and pay $150.00 difference for correct glass. I explained to woman who answered what I was quoted and she said I was wrong that I ordered side glass only. I was very insistent that I was mis quoted but they were adamant on the new price. Seems like abait & switch to me
