I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. I'm not sure what the previous person experienced but Joe is a great guy! As a shop owner, he sometimes have to tell the customer what he/she may not want to hear. He works hard to keep cost low for his customers. His employees, Trish, Mike, Tony and Anthony all work really hard as well. They know who you are and treat you like family. It's certainly the place where everybody knows your name. I've been getting my car serviced at German Motor Works for the past 3 years' and only paid too much once. The reason for that mishap was that I decided to bring my car elsewhere because of convenience. Needless to say, I've never done that again. I plan to get my car serviced with Joe as long as I continue to own this car. Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Pravin is the owner. He will work with you to discover the problem and then propose a solution. My car had an ignition problem and after taking it to one shop where they told me they couldn't fix it, I took it to Mom's and they fixed it. Very professional operation.

I have been going to this shop for about 10 years, my family uses them as well. Smoke was coming out of my sun roof and my electrical was not working inside of the car. My seats wouldn't move so i could not reach the pedals. My car is considered a luxury vehicle so the dealership would have charged me 4x's what Munoz charged me. He diagnosed my problem, i had an electrical shortage. I will definately continue to use this shop for any future problems. My Infiniti has always been looked at by Mr. Munoz and his staff and I trust them. I am not sure what the gentleman above is talking about, Mr. Munoz has 30+ years of experience. Thank You!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Collinsworth is the worst shop in Garland. Went in to get an alignment and Greg the owner tells us it was unsuccessful due to the wheel bearings needing to be fixed. He then says he can not do the alignment until that is fixed but we need to pay the full amount of the the alignment. So we paid for a service that was not done. As I was talking to him asking for a refund, he missed a phone call and tells me “you see, I just lost another customer because of this issue, bottom line you will not get your money back”. He was so unprofessional and just plain mean. He wanted to charge over $750 to fix the wheel bearings when a shop down the street agreed to do it for $450 (alignment included) I definitely will not go back there and advice anyone looking for a place to fix your car DO NOT GO TO COLLINSWORTH on Saturn and Cranford (Garland, TX). In my opinion they are thieves!!!!
