WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Collinsworth is the worst shop in Garland. Went in to get an alignment and Greg the owner tells us it was unsuccessful due to the wheel bearings needing to be fixed. He then says he can not do the alignment until that is fixed but we need to pay the full amount of the the alignment. So we paid for a service that was not done. As I was talking to him asking for a refund, he missed a phone call and tells me “you see, I just lost another customer because of this issue, bottom line you will not get your money back”. He was so unprofessional and just plain mean. He wanted to charge over $750 to fix the wheel bearings when a shop down the street agreed to do it for $450 (alignment included) I definitely will not go back there and advice anyone looking for a place to fix your car DO NOT GO TO COLLINSWORTH on Saturn and Cranford (Garland, TX). In my opinion they are thieves!!!!

Full brake job
STAY AWAY!!! STOP!!! WARNING!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! I paid a lot of money for a full brake job. It includes replacing brake pads, rotors, hardware, and fluid flush. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up the next day. That being said, they had plenty of time to work on my car! About a month later and long story short, every time I press the brakes the steering wheel shakes like crazy. It feels like the wheels are about to come off. I paid them with my hard earned money and this is what they gave me in return! I took my car to the closest dealership and they said that the rotors are warped and needs replacing. I am guessing that I paid for new rotors but they did not change it! Bottom line is, if you think you will save money by not taking your car to the dealership, YOU ARE WRONG! I am very disappointed and will NEVER do business again! SHAME ON THEM!!!
