AVOID! Scammers.. My neighbor went here to get a state inspection and the told him one of his wiper blades was not any good and they could not pass his late model truck. The only problem with that is they where only one month old..He "IMO" made a smart move and asked for his original blades and took them back to the shop he purchased them from and they showed him that the blades he had where not the ones he purchased because the stamp on them was not even a brand they sell??? scam all the way..avoid

I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

Yesterday I went and had my oil changed at 78 Quick Lube Farmersville TX. There was a truck in the bay in front of me and they said it would be about 5 minutes and they would be finished with it. It took the 45 minutes to change the oil in my car. When I went up to pay they explained the charges. So much for the oil change and extra for the extra oil. I questioned them and told them my car took 4 qts but I didn't know the exact amount. The owner walked up and was very cocky and argumentative. Stating that is what they system showed. I paid and drove home, got the book out and it says my car takes 4.75 qts of oil. I called 78 Quick lube and the manager answered the phone. I explained to him what had happened and he said "did you check the dipstick?" "It isn't overfull" When I argued with him that I didn't need to check the dipstick because my book said 4.75 qts. of oil he put the owner on the phone. He said the same thing "did you check the dipstick" I told him I didn't know which dipstick down there checked the dipstick but they didn't know how to read one because it has to be overfull because my car only takes 4.75 qts. and they put 5.5 qts. of oil in it. I then hung up on him because all he wanted to do was tell me not to yell and that i was wrong. My dad checked the dipstick and low and behold it was overfull. He called down to 78 Quick Lube and the owner got on the phone and admitted to putting to much oil in my car. He stated if I would bring it back down there they would drain the oil and fix it and refund my money. I took it back down there fully expecting the owner to be there but he had just left as I was pulling in.There again that told me how much my business meant to him. They drained "some" of the oil out and started to refill it. I told them i would feel much better if they would drain all of the oil out and refill it so I would know exactly how much oil was in my car. They told me the dipstick doesn't lie. I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.
