Posted fees in shop office Indicate price for full service oil change and lube is $36.99. Invoice was $48.95 before tax...they added fees for waste and disposal, bulk oil and for a "special filter". How is a "full service oil change" full service without including discarding the used oil and replacing the oil? Fast service and polite but tried to upsell the $99.00 fuel injection service not only to me be the female after me as well. One of his comments to me and her was "a lot of other companies try to get to you because you are a female but not us" Won't go back

12/2/12 "service date"- Rude customer service. Kevin helped me when I walked in to get a diagnostic code on my car and said I would have to wait since there were customers behind me which was fine. The thing that bothered me was that we he told me that he answered the phone and took the call and left me standing there. Didnt even offer to try and get someone else to help me or get another associate to take the call so that I would be helped. I had enough, went over to Auto Zone, I got my code in 5 mins and was very helpful.

This is an extremely horrible place! I went with my little daughter for state inspection, we checked in and then waited there from 3:40pm until 5:35pm, all people in waiting room were gone one by one and they shut the front door at around 4:50pm. It is ridiculous that nobody was working in state inspection area since about 4pm and they left my car and us alone. My daughter lost patient and I went to ask the manager when my car would be ready, he kind of forgot us and asked me what was my car and where it was, then he lied to me his computer was down, I believe he is liar because I saw they were inspecting cars when I was waiting. At this moment my daughter completely lost patient and she wanted to go home, I blamed her, then terrible thing happened, the manager yielded at me to go out or he would call police right away. This store is at 8716 Ohio Drive, Plano TX75024 near 121 highway.

I have lived here for 12 years, I took my crv in on 5-30 at 51,618 miles for a state inspection and they charged brake fluid 79.99 and power steering flush 79.99. Then, I took my crv to honda on 8-22 at 55,617 miles and they informed me my brake fluid and power steering needed to be done and were dirty. I called Curtis with my complaints and he just argued with me and blamed honda was trying to up sale me. As a dissatisfied client, I will not return here again.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM

I took my car in July 2013 to get an alignment done and they told me that the bearings on the front right were bad and needed replaced. I got them replaced for $400-something for parts and labor, but after I left my car was making a noise when I turned to the right that made me uneasy. So a week later I took it back and they said they "put the hub on backwards" (which is impossible) but redid their service for free. So I left thinking that okay, they screwed up the first time but at least redeemed themselves. I was annoyed that I had to spend another 3 hours waiting on my car (I had waited 2 hours the first time they 'worked' on it) but at least they did it for free the second time because of their mistake. Now, in February 2014 I took my car in to a different shop and my boyfriend actually watched as they worked on my car (because he works there), and the bearing that Kwik Kar had replaced and put on there was so warped and the balls fell out as soon as they took it off. Kwik Kar did not do their job correctly and lied to me about it, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with their service and seeing what action I can take against them. The shop my boyfriend works at told me (and I am pregnant) that I could have had a very serious accident if I kept on driving.

Beware of this owner and the way he does business. Kwik Kar charged us 99.00 to change the fuel filters in my husbands F250. We took the truck to Ford when it was not running well and Ford stated IN WRITTING that the ORIGINAL FUEL FILTERS are still in the truck. The owner takes no responsibility for knowingly STEALING MY MONEY and probably yours too. I HAVE THE RECEIPT where we were charged and paid it and I have the statement from Ford stating fuel filters were not changed. THIS owner will charge you for work that they do not do and will laugh the whole way to the bank........I will be happy to provide my proof. His website states they are honest. HONEST THIEVES ARE WHAT THEY ARE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PLEASE, they do not care what damage they cause to the consumer.

Main Oil & Lube is very down home and friendly auto repair and oil change company. The owner and employees are very reliable in advising you on many aspects of your vehicle. I really appreciate all the help they have given me!

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. They are reasonably priced and busy enough that they don't try to uncover things to fix. I especially like Luis as my mechanic. Daniel Briseno

There should be an option for NO STARS! Do not take your vehicles here for any kind of work. I don't even recommend them for inspections. My daughter took her car to get the inspection done, and she was told that she needed to replace a couple of belts and have some work done on her emergency brake before they would pass the car. Since she was already a day late on getting the inspection done and had a very limited time frame in which to get the work done before she went to work, we went ahead and authorized the work be completed during the inspection against my better judgement. I should have just taken the car to our regular mechanic. She's had a squealing noise when she turns the steering wheel to the left or right when driving the car. We took it to our mechanic yesterday and once he got it on the rack, he said the belts had been replaced, but they were never tensioned. He was able to fix very quickly, and we were on our way. Two hours later, she was driving to a lesson and heard a very loud pop, and the car stopped dead in the middle of the road. She thought one of her tires had popped. The tires were fine and fortunately so was she. She happened to be in a school zone when this happened so the driver behind her was going slow and was able to stop. Had this happened during regular traffic, she likely would have been killed by the impact. We took the car back to our regular mechanic, and once he checked everything out, he found that the emergency brake plate had split in half and the left rear brake pad had sheared completely off. I called the Mobil 1 manager and she was very apologetic and tried to explain it away as "sometimes things just happen", but she couldn't authorize a refund, and tried to offer me a few free oil changes. She also said she would contact my regular mechanic, but three hours later when I spoke with him, he hadn't heard anything from her. The refund authorization had to go through the corporate office. I tried seven times this morning to get in touch with a live person at the corporate office, but I kept being sent to a voice mail box with no name, only random numbers. Very bad customer service. So nearly $150 later for the repairs done because of the incompetence of the Mobil 1 technician, not to mention the $170 for the initial repairs at Mobil 1, the car is safe again and my daughter is still alive and unharmed. I will never take any of my vehicles (four of them) to a Mobil 1 or any other shop associated with Mobil. Do I really think I'm going to hear from the corporate office? Not really. Not unless I have my attorney contact them. If you value your life and the life of your family, find a responsible shop and stay far away from Mobil 1.
