This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . I wanted peace of mind knowing that everything was functioning properly with my car as well as my car had no mobility kit. Not only did they check my car for me at no cost, but they also got a mobility kit (the right one that goes tucked away) for my car. The other thing that really stood out for me is that they know BMW's inside out and are very experienced and knowledgeable about them. My parents have used Bill for repairs, oil changes, and inspections on their old GMC cars since he opened his shop in their neighborhood many years ago, and I've been using his shop for the past few years. He has always been knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced, and prompt. He's earned our trust. Today my 90 year old mother needed a fix on her 13 year old Buick - rear side window had dropped out of whatever holds it up. We arrived at Bill's shop late morning on a Saturday - and the place was BUSY with cars lined up. We could see that he didn't have time for us. I asked a young mechanic about the time and cost to do a halfway "fix" - put the window in a permanently up position. (The age and condition of the car doesn't warrant much of an investment.) He gave us what I thought was a fair price considering that the door had to be opened up - under $100. Could it be done today? As a favor to a long and loyal customer, Bill agreed to squeeze us in. I deposited my mother at Cindy's Deli & Pancake House across the street, and returned with the car to Bill's shop. As I handed Bill the key he quietly recommended (didn't push) a proper fix on the car he has been servicing for more than a decade. I asked about timing - he'd need parts and it was a busy Saturday. He asked me to give him 2 hours. If he couldn't get and replace the window motor within 2 hours, he'd do the half-way fix that I first suggested. (We both knew Mom didn't have enough stamina for much more than 2 hours.) I agreed, and walked over to Cindy's to wait with Mom for Bill's call. After exactly two hours the shop called ~ the car was ready. As I was walking towards the shop, Bill was pointing at the inspection sticker. It had expired and we hadn't noticed. He offered to do the inspection - it took only minutes. Like all the other times we've taken our cars to Bill . . . we have no complaints, nothing but praise. These people are scum. They are dishonest. They regularly post ads on craigslist lying about 'free towing' with repairs. I was charged twice for towing, even with a $2700 invoice! What they DON'T mention in these ads are the hidden fees, how they will TAKE YOUR TITLE and hold it as a ransom so that you'll either be forced to pay their high prices(including issues that they 'magically find' later, so that they can charge you more), or you'll lose your care. The idiots that work there...they will lie to you right in your face. They are rude and use bully tactics to scare customers. Their communication is poor, I always had to call them to see if my then car was fixed. Once I called and the 'finance agent' made up a lie saying my car wasn't ready because it was being 'test driven'. When I finally got the car after being 'fixed' and it died 10 minutes later, she said the car was never test driven, they simply got the car to start...who does that? The owner avoided me and my calls after that, leaving me to deal with his meathead tow guy/mechanic who was just as bad, assuring me that he'd work with me if I took down my negative bbb review and/or admit the problem was on my end...which I foolishly did even though I knew this place was full of it. I asked if my car was good, he assured me it was, only for me to pay $416 the next day and as soon as I got in the car, I saw a check light and the gas gauge(which they refused to fix, despite initially saying everything was good with the car!) didn't work, leaving me to guess how much gas was in the car! I was charged a bogus $95 diagnostic, when I asked why the car still has a check light and why the battery light came on when it stopped the tow guy/'mechanic' told me he didn't know what caused it..how can you charge people for something you don't know how to fix? Read the reviews, ALL of them are negative. The only 'positive' reviews this ripoff place has are on are google, and they're obviously 5 star fake ones that read like an advertisement instead of being from an actual person. These people aren't honest, they actually had the nerve to flag my facebook review...as if they haven't messed me over already. Speaking of facebook, like how they post fake positive reviews on google, the people that like their facebook page actually work there! Too gutless to admit their own mistakes, lying on me when they finally gave me an invoice(that's AFTER I paid $900 and gave them my title!) saying I 'refused' mechanical repairs, lie after lie(they all lie), inflated prices, the owner told me over the phone and in person several times that specific issues with the car would be fixed, but he did nothing. What they tell you and what they actually do are 2 different things. They give you verbal commitments, while they'll lie on you on paper to protect themselves. This is why if you don't know about cars, you don't go to a place like this period, especially on your own, because they aren't honest. The awful tow guy that took my car had the nerve to ask me to bring him the key. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE WALKING! Save your hard earned money and get a car with a warranty, take a bus...just don't go here.

Do not go to this shop. Went for an oil change, they insisted I get a radiator flush to lengthen the life of my radiator. I went ahead and did it, then less than 2 days later, my car over heated on the side of the road. I went back and sure enough a hose connected to the radiator had a leak, as well as the radiator! However, they took no responsibility for the damage. I am not a mechanic, but I know there's no possible way it could have been a coincidence. Also, they said I needed rodars replaced for $350, but when I brought the car to another shop, I found out they were in fine condition. Again, do not get any work done here!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! Went in and had an oil change and fuel system cleaning performed. I made sure to watch both services being performed. When the fuel system cleaning was being performed, I questioned the technician regarding his choice of vacuum lines because it appeared to only feed one cylinder and suggested he use the one that was just past the throttle body. He insisted he was correct. After the service finished, I went home and did a little research online and found that I was right and the technician should have connected to the vacuum bung that I suggested. As a result only one of my cylinders was cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of the owner/manager Randy via the phone, he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. When I got there he "apologized" and explained that he would have to charge me again for the service that his technician performed incorrectly, and tried to up-sell me on an even more expensive service. I even showed Randy technical documentation that his technician was in the wrong, but he was unsympathetic and wouldn't fix the wrong doing because as he put it, "I'm not coming out of pocket for something my technician did wrong!". I asked him if he thought that was good customer service, and he replied, "I don't care about customer service, I'm here to make money!" As you can imagine I was very taken back by this. After asking him if that was his final answer, he stood firm and said "Yes". I can guarantee you that I will never take any of my other cars to this customer service hack or his band of merry hack technicians. I strongly urge you to not take your vehicle here either. BTW...one of his technicians wrecked a young girls Blue VM Beatle while my service was being performed. Consider yourselves warned.

Very rude and insulting owner! We had my daughters oil changed in our town but because it was Royal Purple it can only be done at certain places. Wish I had know this before starting this type of oil. The first change is expensive but the next change is only $15, to top it off and change the filter. My daughter is a college student in Dallas and needed an oil change before coming home. She called around to find someone that used Royal Purple and could just top off her oil and change the filter. This place said they could do it for $12-$15. When she got there she specifically told them she only needed a top off of Royal Purple and oil filter change. When she got to the register the bill was $76.90. She has never done this before and was in shock concerning the price but paid it. When she returned home in a few weeks she gave me the bill and I was livid. They took advantage of a young girl who obviously doesn't know anything about cars. I called and spoke with the owner, Howard McGinnis and he was very insulting and rude. Not offering in any way to help take care of this problem. He insulted our raising of her because we had not prepared her to confront this issue on her own. Very very rude man. He obviously doesn't care about his customers first by not offering to compensate for this overcharge but also by insulting and being extremely rude to his customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS KWIK KAR AGAIN!!! I urge you not to do business with this unprofessional arrogant rude owner. He is definitely only in this for his profit not for the customer.

I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I HAD 2 CAMARO MOTORS 2ss REBUILT AND THEY DIDNT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AT ALL MY CAMARO STILL RUN HOT AS OF RIGHT NOW I PAID THEM ON TWO MOTORS IN ALL 15,000 AND NEITHER MOTOR IS WORTH IT DAVID IS NOT A GOOD RIGHT HAND MAN BAD HORRIBLE COURTESY NOT POLITE AT ALL ANGEL THE MECHANIC AND BOSS ONLY PERSON THAT MIGHT HAVE SOME KNO HOW BUT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK AT ALL THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO GET A CAR FIXED HORRIBLE WORK DIFFERENT MECHANIC WORKING ON CAR AND QUITTING THEN UR CAR MESS UP OH NOT THERE FAULT DONT GO TO THIS ENGINE REBUILDERS ON IRVING,TX THEY NO GOOD RIP OFF
